It’s Friday, loves.
Last week sucked because I was sick and thus, missed out on a week of working out :I. I got back in the swing of things this week.
Moved up to 35 pounds on my arm exercises! Today I just did stuff in my room. Got my plank up to 2:20 minutes, and my wall sit is at 2:00. I feel like I could’ve done more, so I’ll have to push myself next time I do it!
Did some pushups, and various leg exercises - my legs feel like jelly now :O. But I feel pretty great!
Tomorrow I’m going home for a week, so I’ll have to really push myself to do these workouts when I wake up in lieu of going to the gym!
